Terms and Conditions

Payment of the balance outstanding must be paid on completion of the work and or installation. Company installation staff are authorised to accept payment and issue receipts before leaving the site.

All quotations are made and orders accepted subject to availability. The company also reserves the right to alter any quotation following a site visit. The customer will be informed accordingly.

Granite is a natural material, therefore, the client should be aware of the likely presence of natural markings not always present in the sample provided or seen. Personal viewing of the slabs to be used is strongly recommended. Due to the nature of the material the company accepts no liability for the slabs it may chose on behalf of the customer.

Some granite colours are more susceptible than others to showing micro cracks and or pit marks. The company therefore reserves the right to reinforce or repair. This should not in any way be regarded as defective.

Any complaint regarding the quality of the work or material should be made in writing within ten days of receipt of same.

The company will not be liable for the indirect or consequential loss to the customer arising from third party claims, whether the third party claims are occasioned by the use of defective material or as a result of the defective workmanship in manufacturing or from any cause whatsoever.

The client should read the information sheet issued by the company regarding the steps involved in ordering a granite/stone product before placing an order. The information detailed in this document forms part of the standard conditions of sale.

The damage of stone surfaces due to neglect by the client i.e. acidic liquid spillages, can under no circumstances be the responsibility of the company. Advice to the client on maintenance is given by the company at time of installation or by stone care kits.
